Auckland Location Managers’ Course

Course Information

With a focus on excellence, we will train a small group of Location Managers on how to manage locations effectively and efficiently, through the prep, shoot and wrap process.

We are looking for participants from the Auckland area, who will take part in a theoretical and practical four day course, with experts from the Screen Industry.

The course will include:

• Script breakdown

• Scouting

• Budgeting

• Negotiating

• Permitting & consultation

• Tech recces

• Working with other departments

• Health & Safety

• Final prep

• The Shoot

• Wrap

• The effects of Covid-19 on Location logistics.
